On Wednesday, November 16, and Thursday, November 17, PAC National Office Administrator Klara Z. Wiśniewska represented Polish American Congress during the Ukrainian Days event on Capitol Hill. Activists were divided into numerous teams by their state of residence. Klara was on “Virginia and Colorado” team along with representatives of Ukrainian and Georgian ethnic organizations. We advocated to Congress for increased security assistance to Ukraine, war crimes legislation and designating Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism. The event was organized by Ukrainian National Information Service (UNIS), Ukrainian Congress Committee of America (UCCA), and volunteers.
